mypup has installed an unmanned, secure Pick Up Point. If an employee experiences a faulty device or accessory he/shee reports this by phone or makes an online notification. He or she then receives a temporary code to access one of the lockers to hand in the item.
In the same manner a replacement product or repaired item can be collected: the employee again receives a code and takes the product out of a locker.
