mypup installes an unmanned, secure Pick Up Point. When an employee experiences a faulty device or accessory he reports this by phone or makes an online notification. Then receives a temporary code to access one of the lockers to hand in the item.
In the same manner a replacement product or repaired item can be collected: the employee again receives a code and takes the product out of a locker.
